Swing Anna Cash Wins Division of Grand Circuit Event

Dee Hotton Stable trainee, Swing Anna Cash, a New York-sired daughter of Cash Hall, won a division of the Judge Joe McGraw Arden Downs Stake race for 2-year-old trotting fillies. The event is part of Grand Circuit racing held at The Meadows racetrack and casino during the last week in July.

Buckeye Man Wins Division of OSS

Scioto Downs hosted the first leg of Ohio Sires Stakes for 3-year-old colt trotters on Sunday, July 4th, where 36 entries were divided into four divisions of 9 starters, each going for a $15,000 purse. The Dee Hotton Stable had one lone entry, Buckeye Man, who out-trotted the competition down the stretch to get the win.

Buckeye Man Denied, Samsawinner Victorious

After winning every division of the Dream of Glory Series he entered, the Dee Hotton Stable entry, Buckeye Man, looked to be a favorite to win the grand finale. However, Not To Be Denied, lived up to his name by going gate-to-wire in the $15,000 final of the Dream Of Glory Series Friday night at Scioto Downs in 1:56.4f. Despite a fast closing effort, Buckeye Man, could not catch the leader and finished second by a head in a photo finish. Trainer Dee Hotton says,
