Like many snow birds from the North the Dee Hotton Stable has gone south for the Winter: shipping to Pinehurst, North Carolina on December 28, 2012 where the stable has set-up their Winter quarters at the Pinehurst Harness Track. The facility is a 111-acre all purpose equestrian facility that has also been a winter training center for Standardbred harness horses since 1915.
The stable plans on staying in Pinehurst through April 28, 2012; after which they are scheduled to return to Ohio to start their 2012 racing campaign. The following horses are currently stabled in Pinehurst under the care of trainer Dee Hotton.
